      Location During Covid (early 2020), they were flexible and paid overtime

      Cons

      - no development opportunities - toxic environment influenced by strange management dynamics - micromanaging - pay/salary - no support for managers so things go wrong and training is not efficient - company culture is not good, not a comfortable place to work - communication is non existent - no team spirit
