Pros

The best parts of working at NetSource are: - Lots of potential to be creative, even if you're not on the design team. A big part of working here is coming up with solutions for clients, whatever their needs. - The company puts out quality work and are serious about customer service. - Low drama work environment. - If you have a need or an issue, there's not a lot of red tape or hoops to jump through. The owner is here and involved in day to day business and employee concerns. - There is a rather structured work flow and set of expectations. - Micro-management is kept to a minimum in comparison to more corporate jobs I've had.

Cons

It's a small company, so there's not a lot of extra resources to "play" with. Don't expect a ping pong table or smoothie bar (although there's always coffee). A majority of the client work is in the same industry, so creatives who don't like doing similar work a bulk of the time may get bored.

Pros

-Great co-workers - As a team, we work hard, but we also enjoy working together. The design team is in an open environment where we can go to each other for help or just to brainstorm ideas. -Relaxed environment. We have coffee, music and the occasional Nerf battle. -Ability to learn and grow in house. We are able to train on new tasks, keep up with trends and grow our abilities. -Owner's door is always open. -Flexible schedule - We have a 40 hour, Monday - Friday work week, but are able to shift our time a bit to work around carpool, doctor appointments, and life in general. We've also been able to work remote in a pinch, which has been a big help when needed. -Weekly meetings with team and management. This has been a great way to stay on track and go over any issues or positives happening with projects.

Cons

-We are growing as a company and sometimes that can cause hiccups in the road and heavy work loads. However, the team is always willing to help each other out.
