Pros

From day one, the training provided was thorough, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to set you up for success. The onboarding process is clear and structured, ensuring you feel confident stepping into your role. The level of support available throughout your time here in the form of guidance from leadership, collaboration with team members, or access to the right tools and resources, you’re never left to figure things out alone. The culture fosters continuous learning and professional development, making it an ideal environment for anyone looking to grow their skills. The work/social balance is amazing, with a genuine understanding that maintaining personal well-being contributes to professional performance, and that mindset is reflected across the organization. The team dynamic is positive, inclusive, and respectful, with plenty of opportunities to connect socially without it ever feeling forced.

Pros

HR, scheduling, performance reviews, and admin processes all run smoothly. The initial training was excellent, and I always felt supported by my manager. Regular appraisals and feedback. The work culture is high-trust, I worked both remotely and in the office and never felt micromanaged. The company was very flexible with remote work. The team was social, welcoming, and full of talented grads. Employees were encouraged to be creative and propose own ideas and projects. It’s a great place to learn, develop skills, and gain experience.

Cons

Salary could definitely be more competitive—next role at a similar seniority level elsewhere paid twice as much from day one. Progression within the company can also be slow, as the structure is quite flat, and opportunities for advancement are mostly in corporate or support roles rather than within core analyst positions.
