Work location is not crowded or very populated, the road to work is a pleasure depending in what side of the city you live (east - ok, west - nok)

The place is an old plant and after renovation is still looking like old plant
No benefits to people who want to advance in their career
Management not willing to involve employees in making decision on a low level
A place where a beginner can learn useful things in electronic commerce, online marketing and sales.
Young coworkers, many of them having strong abilities in various fields.

Not a place to stay. High leaving rate due mostly to low wages and weak perspectives.
Confusion in objectives settlement, many unreasonable switches and changing in projects.
Lack of responsibility and accountability.
Weakest management I've ever seen in more than 30 years.
