Think twice before joining. In many cases, freshers are paid double what experienced employees earn, even if you handle important projects. You may be promised a good hike ‘next year,’ but in reality, it’s just empty promises repeated every year. I wasted three years here because I enjoyed the work, but financially my situation only got worse. No one listens — there are always unreasonable excuses for giving less than fair hikes. Make sure you know what you’re signing up for.
