Cons
Management is really very, very toxic, and it is inherited from many executives. This is a family-run company. Many times, they make rules that dont make sense or are inconvenient to the employees. You don't have all types of food in the canteen for the same reason: RIDICULOUS. I dont see their obsession with working hours and days. HR wants employees to come to the office anyway, even during hours of traffic jams, local megablocks, floods, or heavy rains. Ironically, HR has more authority than engineering leaders. Engineers and engineering leaders have no say at all; they're like 2nd class citizens. This is a sales company; they always have an upper hand. When HR head tells you we are family, you're definitely not. The most thing they did last time was discriminate pople for the tech event according to their employment status.
