Pros

The company believes in "employees first, before clients". They always make sure that their employees are being prioritized first by sustaining all their needs and all the things that would be beneficial for their employees -- for them to reach their absolute best. They provide their employees things that would make their employees comfortable and not bored at work (like the bean bags area, recreational gym and gaming area), things that would secure their wellness and health (vitamins and HMO), things that would keep their employees safe (shuttle), with a number of fun games and events that contributes to their employees' personal growth (like the team building activities, TGIF, public speaking workshop, and a lot more). But what's really amazing here is that they have an amazing management and leadership team. Netfluence always makes sure that their employees are working in a comfortable, safe and non-toxic environment.

Cons

The things or aspects of the company where they need to improve are the following (1) sometimes, the company prioritizes things that aren't really that important to have at a certain time frame -- one of which is for me, it would be better if the things needed for the nap room were bought first than the gym equipments, (2) it would be better if there would be a pantry where the employees could buy dinner, not just snacks and (3) the training department must be more empowered and had well-mastered the HubSpot features for them to give a wider scope of knowledge to the trainees.

Pros

It's a growing company. When I began working here, I have a lot to work on and I didn't expect to have reached this far already. I thank Netfluence for allowing me to prove to myself that I can do my best, reach heights, and not even get to my limits yet. They give me room for growth by trusting my capabilities I didn't realize I have, until recently. I will pay this debt by maintaining that high-performance output. And thank you for treating me as your "Whitepaper". I've seen the growth, the ups, and the downs and will continue to be part of those.

Cons

Growth has cons of its own, like maintaining a pace that might need your team members to be patient, which some are not. It's a con we're solving for as a company. And I'm willing to take that on with the team.
