      Pros

      Company culture; Growth opportunities; Market leader; Overall mood and relationships with colleagues; Equal opportunity employer; Fast-paced environment; Lots of learnings with colleagues and really fun time being with colleagues; Everyone is very welcoming and super easy; Clear feedback culture, but depends on the team you are in; HR is very strong, many things that are on paper actually exist in this company (no racism, no bad treatment of employees etc.) ; Strong tech culture; Collaborative environment within the team;

      Cons

      Hectic processes, but this is improving fast; No clear career path within the company (which might be good/bad depending on who you ask); Knowledge sharing culture needs to be improved; Over-time is normalized; Teams are mostly operating within its own - not much intersection of work or shared learnings;

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. The team is supportive, friendly, and fun to work with. There’s a strong sense of understanding for private matters, and the company genuinely tries to help you balance work and personal life — which makes a big difference. My managers are caring and attentive; they look out for their teams and create a positive, respectful work environment. Working conditions are fair, and the benefits are both good and meaningful — like having your birthday off, flexible home office options, and even workations. Overall, it’s a great place to work with a healthy culture and people who truly care. The only reason I’d rate it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there’s always room to grow and improve — but I’m genuinely happy to be part of this company.

      Cons

      Since Swedish is still used quite a lot, even though English is the company language, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to follow every conversation or connect socially (e.g. lunch breaks). Still, people are super kind and make a real effort to include everyone, which makes a big difference.
