I have nothing negative to say about my work experience with this company.

HR will talk to you very politely to persuade you to give interview and all.

I have given virtual and face to face interview and they took more than 20 days for it. At last when comes to salary negotiation they have proposed 25k in hand and I will get when I close more than 80% targets. Forget about the incentives. You will get basic salary once you complete the targets. I don't know how people are working there. I saw only 5-6 people working. I even refused to negotiate as my in hand was INR 59,800 and they are giving 25k after knowing my current CTC and expected CTC as well. After that HR stopped calling me further Do not even talk to HR and join this company. Bunch of nonsense people doing nothing but nonsense Not a good product as well. SFDC, ZOHO CRM etc there are huge good competitors. They even don't stand a chance.
