      Senior management don’t care Middle management don’t care Daily meetings that sap productivity where management try to attack individuals over small issues When you hand in your notice they almost refuse to accept it and start throwing the farm at you

      Under resourced and overworked. Management more concerned with budgets than their staff well being. High turn over due to the ridiculous workload and stress
