Pros

1. Compensation is as per market standard. 2. Internet bill reimbursement. 3. Some colleagues are really good and helpful. 4. Rather than firing people they simply put them on pip. 5. Some teams are good. 6. You can work here for a year and then get a much better job.

Cons

1. They put people on pip just before their work anniversary and do their best to not give bonus and RSU. 2. Many good and talented people left in past 6 months. 3. After working there I understood the meaning of toxic culture. 4. Unnecessary work pressure and trying to do everything fast. 5. Some managers want employees to follow their instructions blindly. 6. Investors are trying to grow the company fast and take exit which is case with most Indian startups. 7. Lots of 5 star reviews which looks suspicious.

Pros

Netomi is a great place to work, especially if you're looking to break into AI and automation. There’s a lot of autonomy and opportunity to make an impact, but you NEED to be a self-starter to thrive. There is no micro-management here. Pros: Great product with real-world impact in customer support automation. AWESOME client list—some of the biggest names in entertainment, travel, gaming, sports, and apparel. HIGHLY intelligent team—you’re surrounded by sharp, motivated colleagues. VP of Finance operates like a COO—leads with care and empathy. CEO is a smart visionary who understands where AI is heading. Lots of autonomy and empowerment—you can take ownership of projects and drive results.

Cons

The most crowded space I've sold into. — expect 15-20+ competitive vendors in every selling cycle. We would win "Vendor of Choice" many times only to be undercut so significantly that deals would fall through regularly. Marketing support could be stronger—more investment here would help differentiate against competitors. Culture has taken as a result of being remote and dispersed.
