Pros

A number of changes have been put in place over the last several months that have addressed issues faced by a growing company. Leadership is passionate about the success of Netomi, it's employees and it's customers and they show their dedication by rolling up their sleeves, supporting staff and closing gaps. Hands down, the product is the best on the market. The people you work with are top knotch, incredibly smart, non toxic and support each other every day. Work/life balance is good. You may have some times where you're working on a deadline and need to put in a little extra time, but you are not working to death and there is flexibility for personal needs. Benefits are competitive and so is pay. You're treated like an adult, trusted with your work and outcomes and you have a voice within the organization. There are always interesting problems to solve and new things to learn daily. Overall, I would highly recommend working at Netomi!

Cons

No major concerns. It's important to note that the industry is fast paced and there is a lot of change, so being adaptable, teachable and staying curious will make you more successful.

Pros

Netomi is a great place to work, especially if you're looking to break into AI and automation. There’s a lot of autonomy and opportunity to make an impact, but you NEED to be a self-starter to thrive. There is no micro-management here. Pros: Great product with real-world impact in customer support automation. AWESOME client list—some of the biggest names in entertainment, travel, gaming, sports, and apparel. HIGHLY intelligent team—you’re surrounded by sharp, motivated colleagues. VP of Finance operates like a COO—leads with care and empathy. CEO is a smart visionary who understands where AI is heading. Lots of autonomy and empowerment—you can take ownership of projects and drive results.

Cons

The most crowded space I've sold into. — expect 15-20+ competitive vendors in every selling cycle. We would win "Vendor of Choice" many times only to be undercut so significantly that deals would fall through regularly. Marketing support could be stronger—more investment here would help differentiate against competitors. Culture has taken as a result of being remote and dispersed.
