- Projects are interesting and cool to work on - Being small, the entire company is a team, so you can get help from anyone if you need it - Your position isn't fixed. You can take new responsibilities to your role. You can also move to a new position a lot smoother than in other companies, because Netop works with you on a plan to split time until you're ready to fully take on the new position. - Competent, experienced people - Medical subscription, lunch tickets, vending machine eurokey, transport, team lunches, teambuildings and other events - Somewhat flexible schedule, does allow some work from home if needed - Takes retraining opportunities seriously and offers to pay for courses when needed. Also, you can get a mentor to help out.
Cons
- Not enough innovation in some projects (technologies age) 2/5 - No annual salary adjustment for inflation, rising market prices etc. 3/5 - You don't feel safe/secure/stable with the job. Your position can be restructured in a heartbeat and you can lose your job without notice upfront, because of how the company is run. Of course, it comes from high up, but still, it's a dose of anxiety. 5/5 - Wish people would be more proud of Netop and get involved in company activities more. 1/5
