      Pros

      Fully and completely remote, always have been always will be. People care about their jobs and their co-workers. Benefits are good, including unlimited PTO. Great onboarding, very welcoming and helps you understand the company structure.

      Cons

      Small company, so often you wear lots of hats. Which can lead to longer hours, but also you do learn more.
