      Pros

      The customer base is very friendly. I enjoyed working with many of them! Christmas bonuses, and company cookouts were nice.

      Cons

      Not only does management show very obvious favoritism, they even went so far as to botching employee reviews to keep unfavored employees oppressed, despite great job performance!

      A smaller Dev Team means more hands-on coding for you Good pay for a high schooler (15/hour) An amazing and friendly team made working fun Remote

      Cons

      The company isn't a SWE company, so some of the projects aren't for clients but rather internal company projects.
