Pros

Working at NetVirta has been an exciting and rewarding experience. One of the biggest pros is the opportunity for career advancement—you're given real ownership, high-impact responsibilities, and the ability to influence company direction from the start. The role offers cross-functional exposure, collaboration with smart and driven teammates, and the chance to work on cutting-edge technology that’s reshaping the future of fit and virtual try-on. The environment encourages innovation and creative problem-solving, and there's a genuine sense of mission behind the work.

Cons

That said, like any startup, NetVirta comes with growing pains. The company is still developing internal processes and scaling operations, so things can move quickly and priorities can shift. Communication and structure are still evolving, which means adaptability and self-motivation are essential. It’s not the right fit for someone who needs a highly defined roadmap—but for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, it’s a fantastic opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

Pros

Colleagues are very friendly, and ready to help if needed. Managers are considerable, care about both your work and how you feel. Feel very comfortable working here.

Cons

As a company of small size, especially for the research team, you need to do more things other than research, for example, you need to collect data, clean data, other than just analyze for the data. For someone else, this may be a con. But you can also benefit some from it.
