      NVR has been 100% dedicated in seeing my IT journey successful! NVR has one of the most refined, seasoned, experienced and caring leadership! NVR takes care of the staff, makes an effort every year to recognize and reward! NVR takes pride in its dedication and devotion to the customer! NVR goes above and beyond to make customer happy!

      Pros

      Netvision is big on transparency, communication, and teamwork. As a contractor, I enjoyed an amazing support from the team, and prompt response from the HR personnel.

      Cons

      There is not much drawbacks, but it’s important to have clear expectations for your accommodation when you are on a foreign assignment.

      Pros

      The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects through LEIDOS partnership Flexible work arrangements and requesting time off Very supportive and collaborative work environment. The HR Manager and general manager showed up at orientation to support their contracted employees for the MHS Genesis project. Received gift/recognition for onboarding, birthday, holiday.

      Cons

      For this particular assignment/contract with Netvision Resources as a sub-management comp with LEIDOS there was no growth potential available to me. This issue however is not with Netvision Resources, it's just the nature of project
