Netvision is big on transparency, communication, and teamwork. As a contractor, I enjoyed an amazing support from the team, and prompt response from the HR personnel.

There is not much drawbacks, but it’s important to have clear expectations for your accommodation when you are on a foreign assignment.

For this particular assignment/contract with Netvision Resources as a sub-management comp with LEIDOS there was no growth potential available to me. This issue however is not with Netvision Resources, it's just the nature of project
