Great company to work for - Intervention Specialist Netwatch Employee Review

The executive team at Netwatch is very approachable, I work here as a recruiter and have all the resources I need to be successful in my position. The company appears to be committed to their quality of service and to the contentment of their employees.

I do not see any cons here at this time.

There are a lot of intelligent hardworking people at this company with great attitudes and values. Green initiative started and promoted by various people in the company to reduce company waste. Employee benefits have improved as well as employee engagement with leadership.

Customer expectations need to be managed better with large customer accounts by customer facing personnel because when they don't purchasing and operations have to make up for inadequate time allowance with overtime or expedited shipping costs. if we can't pull the parts out of our Mary Poppins magic carpet bag then customer is not happy because our people communicating with the large accounts said short turn around deadlines could be achieved when an expensive part has a long lead time and management doesn't want to stock it based on its cost.
