Work was like being around family. We were encouraged to participate in non-work activities. Loved my job and was sad to have to leave.

Accounting was very busy , and often we could not find time to participate in media activities, such as production of a commercial.

There are a lot of good people at Network Affiliates and its sister companies, Crosspoint and Blue Onion. You will learn much from your peers. The hours are flexible and many people are allowed to work from home on a regular basis.

For a small company, there is a fairly high turnover rate at the middle and lower levels. Senior managers are lifers and comfortable doing what they have always done; they seem to lack the diversity to evolve the business beyond its current offering.
