Pros
1) Intial 6 months 10K in hand after that the appraisal completely depends on your performance as an individual. 2) Seniors helpful at times and upto date technologies used. 3) Appraisals have been good when I was an employee. Its messed up now the last time I heard.
Cons
1) Favouritism and politics in certain teams. 2) No flexible hours. 3) Hires only freshers and no laterals.
