Pros
NSI expects a lot from us, but provides even more. I could not work in an environment where I did not feel respected and my work appreciated, because I give it my all. NSI recognizes my efforts and success. NSI always strives to give a great work life balance (I caught all of my son's H.S. tennis matches over 4 years), but also motivates me to work hard. I feel that NSI only offers best of breed (products and services), so it's easy to feel good about working with clients.
Cons
Growth at NSI has always been steady, but slower than some other companies. Many of those other companies have gone out of business, showing that NSI's leadership has good vision and stability, but if you're looking for a high flyer with a lot of risk, this may not be the place for you.
