Pros
There is not one I could think of.
Cons
The amount of work that you are expected to do, the complexity of said work, for the severely underpaid wage you receive is disgusting. Company panders to employees who "produce" the most, even though their work is sub-par, incomplete or erroneous, leaving other employees to fix the mistakes, leading to you often getting yelled at by the client and being called out by management for a mistake you never even made. These "high" producers are given special treatment while the employees who work the hardest, with thoroughness, get yelled at for not producing enough, even though the client is happy and get they get signaled out for the slightest perceived offenses. The customer service department is severely understaffed and instead of hiring new people, the current staff is brow beat while more work is dumped on them. There is no positive feedback from your superiors for a job well done, matter of fact, management takes offense to the employee who breaks free from the drone mentality and thinks outside of the company box.The managers takes offense when you show more knowledge than them, rather that celebrate your success. The Manager of the Customer Service department is hostile, verbally abusive and unwilling to help a fellow employee when manager help is needed. The majority of the department does not like this Manager, however, everyone is afraid to say a word because they are afraid that they will lose their job. Additionally, due to the complacency of upper Management and their sweep it under the rug mentality, nothing ever gets handled and so people have just given up.Employees have outright lied about other employees, managers have outright lied about other employee and nothing is ever done besides burying the issue while the hostility remains and permeates the rest of the office.
