Pros

There is not one I could think of.

Cons

The amount of work that you are expected to do, the complexity of said work, for the severely underpaid wage you receive is disgusting. Company panders to employees who "produce" the most, even though their work is sub-par, incomplete or erroneous, leaving other employees to fix the mistakes, leading to you often getting yelled at by the client and being called out by management for a mistake you never even made. These "high" producers are given special treatment while the employees who work the hardest, with thoroughness, get yelled at for not producing enough, even though the client is happy and get they get signaled out for the slightest perceived offenses. The customer service department is severely understaffed and instead of hiring new people, the current staff is brow beat while more work is dumped on them. There is no positive feedback from your superiors for a job well done, matter of fact, management takes offense to the employee who breaks free from the drone mentality and thinks outside of the company box.The managers takes offense when you show more knowledge than them, rather that celebrate your success. The Manager of the Customer Service department is hostile, verbally abusive and unwilling to help a fellow employee when manager help is needed. The majority of the department does not like this Manager, however, everyone is afraid to say a word because they are afraid that they will lose their job. Additionally, due to the complacency of upper Management and their sweep it under the rug mentality, nothing ever gets handled and so people have just given up.Employees have outright lied about other employees, managers have outright lied about other employee and nothing is ever done besides burying the issue while the hostility remains and permeates the rest of the office.

Pros

Great coworkers and managers that are friendly, non-condescending and genuinely care; plenty of room to grow in the organization; lots of little side perks like parties, cash bonuses for top performers in each department each quarter, free coffee, soda, water...

Cons

Pay is subpar for the cost of living of area; number of vacation days could be upped; three interviews to get hired

Pros

I have been here between 5 and 10 years and have seen the bad and the ugly in prior years. The review of October 13th is completely untrue. It comes from either a disgruntled prior employee or someone who currently works there that really needs to find the door and leave. Obviously a poison to the rest of us . This place has changed so much since the new owners have taken over. If this person is so unhappy they should leave. We just found out that as a result of a recent employee survey that Networked was named one of the best insurance places in America to work. If what this person says is true how could that be? Networked is a great place to work and do not let the last review fool you. That person obviously has issues.

Cons

The only con is that the new owners have not found a way to get rid of the few individuals that do not appreciate working for a company that cares. The rest of us employees will figure out who you are and let them know who you are. You will no longer have to stress out about work conditions. You will be some other employers problem or be sitting at home watching soaps and employment commercials . So please move on and leave. It will be better for everyone. We do not need your negativity
