Pros

Family atmosphere within the workplace. A great space for growth, both personal and professional. You are in charge of your success. You have all of the support possible from your coworkers to get you where you want to go.

Cons

Not a job for someone who wants to "make their own schedule". What you put in is what you get out. If you look at that as a good thing this job is for you!

Pros

Exposure to real work early, some learning opportunities

Cons

Toxic and abusive leadership — founders are arrogant, disrespectful, and often verbally demeaning. One micromanages constantly while the other openly mocks Indian employees, creating a hostile environment. Zero empathy — employees are blamed for tasks they were never onboarded for and then gaslighted. No proper HR support — concerns are ignored, and responses are dismissive or delayed. Serious compliance issues — late salaries, no payslips, no PF deposits, and payments often require public escalation. Poor communication — payroll and IT queries go unanswered. Unrealistic expectations — excessive workload, constant tracking across multiple tools, and weekend work presented as optional. False promises during hiring — culture, flexibility, and perks are misleading. Lack of transparency — unclear team structures and roles. Fear-driven environment — constant threats of termination. Negative impact on mental health — high stress, burnout, and loss of confidence. No flexibility in project allocation — employees have little to no control over their work.
