Pros

I joined Netwrix via the merger with Stealthbits in Jan of 2021. Throughout my 17+ years with the company, I had the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways in a variety of roles. Netwrix is the perfect size company (900-1000 employees) that is small enough to have your work recognized by the ELT, while being large enough to serve the largest and most complex customers. The size of Netwrix also leads to many opportunities for career growth. The entire leadership is engaged, transparent, and accessible, and am personally very excited about our future. Netwrix expects employees to show up in meaningful ways, push boundaries, and do their best. There are no participation trophies, so if you are looking for a big company where you can coast and hide, Netwrix is not for you. If you are loyal, hardworking, and appreciate at atmosphere that rewards honesty, integrity, and results, you should consider Netwrix. There are some older reviews on here that are not great, but I would take those with a grain of salt. Our CEO, Grady, is an incredibly humble and inspiring leader that leads by example. My direct manager Whitney Daily, CCO is the best leader I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire CX team feels like a family that is always willing to lean in and support each other.

Cons

As with any company that has completed 10+ acquisitions in 3 years, there will be some growing pains, and some folks that are resistant to change, however we are absolutely on the right path.

Let’s talk pay there isn’t any. Be aware of what they don’t tell you. Commissions are only paid at 50% rate. Whatever your plan is cut it in half. You won’t even hit 50% and if you do you only get 25% of your commission target. But it gets worse. You also only get paid on 1 year of a multi year license and zero pay on renewals but you’re expected to support them. No leads this is a 100% hunter role. They lie and say there is qualified pipeline, there isn’t trust me. Management spends all day training reps how to sell or do better pitches instead of getting you actual conversations with customers. There is also no marketing team just scattered field marketing throwing darts at misc trade shows that result in no leads.
