Pros

There is nothing positive to say.

Cons

I worked at this company for many years, and unfortunately, my experience was largely negative. The compensation is well below industry standards, and there’s little opportunity for advancement or meaningful raises. Management is disorganized and often unresponsive to feedback from employees. There’s a clear lack of transparency and direction from leadership, which creates confusion and frustration across teams. One of the most frustrating parts is the company’s apparent effort to astroturf their image, especially on Glassdoor. The number of overly positive reviews praising the CEO seems suspiciously out of touch with what day-to-day life at the company is actually like. It feels like there’s more energy spent polishing the company’s external image than addressing the real issues employees face internally. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pay, supportive leadership, or long-term career growth.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Let’s talk pay there isn’t any. Be aware of what they don’t tell you. Commissions are only paid at 50% rate. Whatever your plan is cut it in half. You won’t even hit 50% and if you do you only get 25% of your commission target. But it gets worse. You also only get paid on 1 year of a multi year license and zero pay on renewals but you’re expected to support them. No leads this is a 100% hunter role. They lie and say there is qualified pipeline, there isn’t trust me. Management spends all day training reps how to sell or do better pitches instead of getting you actual conversations with customers. There is also no marketing team just scattered field marketing throwing darts at misc trade shows that result in no leads.
