      Challenging work Great environment & colleagues Free coffee Free yoga V good management team

      You could be sent to work on a client site and lose all flexible working privilages if the client doesnt like that kind of thing (a lot dont. Lots of old fashioned mindsets in NI) Annual Leave is v low. 22 days isnt much Claims to be an Agile delivery shop but it isnt. If clients dont like Agile then we dont do Agile. Putting stories on Jira is not what Agile is about.

      You learn a lot and network with plenty of people. They also understand that it might not be your end all be all job
