Pros

There is nothing good I can think about this org.

Cons

1. Lowest salary you can think of. 2. No remote. Even asking for remote work feels like a crime 3. No office. Absolutely nothing you will work in a classroom. 4. Everyone in the management just bluffs. 5. They laid off the entire team claiming that none of them is "right fit". 6. Be ready to take classes to teach veterans even if it is not mentioned in the job description. 7. Get ready to enter into a surveillance state. You are always been watched. 8. ZERO professionalism. 9. All they care is about their profit. They don't even think a little about their employee. 10. Saturday nights are the busiest in the office. FYI 11. All the 5 stars reviews are FAKE !!!! They are written by certain someone and you will find out on your own once you join them. WORST ORG TO WORK FOR. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING IN

Pros

None really stood out in such a short time.

Cons

Joined with high expectations based on the one glowing review out there, but reality was very different. The "fast pace" turned out to be chaotic disorganization with zero onboarding, unclear tasks, and poor communication from leadership. Promised ownership and collaboration? Didn't see any—felt like a throwaway contractor gig with no real support or direction. Ended up terminated/let go after just one week during what was supposed to be onboarding. Waste of time and energy, especially if you're on visa/OPT and need stable work. Avoid if you're looking for anything beyond a very short, unstable stint.

Pros

Neurascale was an incredible place to work. I had full ownership over the projects I led, from architecture to delivery. The team was highly collaborative, and I was encouraged to experiment, integrate AI where needed, and ship meaningful features fast. Leadership was supportive and trusted our expertise. I also got to wear multiple hats — from dev to strategy.

Cons

Sometimes the scope of work could get overwhelming due to the fast pace and ambitious goals. Clearer role definitions would help as the team grows.
