Everyone is highly motivated to achieve the company's goals and deliver outstanding results for clients. Despite working remotely, the team has build excellent communication, trust and collaboration; you're always encouraged to share ideas and everyone's contribution is genuinely valued. - Flexible working time and location

      - Most team members work remotely. If you prefer an office environment, this may not be ideal for you.

      None other than it's remote.

      Cons

      1. Underpay 2. Rude behaviour from senior management 3. No professional practices followed 4. Take mental health as fun 5. Encourage overworking 6. You will feel like the CEO bought you as a slave, and no matter what you do, he will justify that saying I paid you lol. 7. Late payments 8. No learning and growth, if you are a person who values learning and becoming a pro at something, then this place is not for you. 9. If you are not an aviation expert, then this place is not for you. 10. If you can't spend 70 hrs a week, then this place is not for you.
