There are many lows and a few highs, that's the price to pay when you work at a place like Neuralink. - Because what we do is so interdisciplinary, it's challenging to get everyone to align. - At Neuralink, if you are not on engineering you run the risk of becoming a secondary consideration. - This company has many junior people - that comes with its own set of challenges. - Flat structure allows us to move fast but it can be confusing at times (ex: lack of accountability, who makes the final decision etc...)
