A long time ago they used to provide good hands on training. Small company.
Cons
Poor work/life balance. The company demands total commitment without paying enough for it. Employees have no voice. Poor benefits. Loong working hours in the OR (16 hours sometimes) with no bathroom relieve at all. Punitive management system.
