I'm happy to be a part of the team. As I have an opportunity to work with experienced specialists and people with a growth and ownership mindset: no blaming, no shaming, no fighting between departments, no micromanagement. Everyone has an opportunity to make their own decisions, be responsible for their own project and tasks, bring value, and feel respect toward each team member.
Cons
Fully remote work and async communication have some disadvantages like delays with response or long communication. But at the same time, async communication allows one to learn how to deliver messages effectively and faster. Kinda a new skill.
