Pros
The B2B wearable markets for their sensors, such as smart watch and VR headsets did not sky rocket. So the company pivoted to selling B2B2C solutions for healthcare , education and vocational training, provided differentiated value directly to consumers. As an engineer, I was way more motivated solving end user's problem. The B2B customers also get to volume and revenue much faster.
Cons
Below market pay. Yes, it is a startup so stock options is a major part of the compensation. But I found my new startup job that pays way above market.
