Pros

Meet some hardworking people, learn a skill set, sometimes you get free product to take home, you get to travel

Cons

Must devote all your time and energy (even on days you are not scheduled), pay is low, no benefits, shady management who sometimes wouldn't pay you all the commission you deserved, schedule came out twice a week so there is no way to plan necessary things like doctor appointments, etc.

Pros

SO MUCH! Starting off Entry level I did not know much about marketing and strategy. I learned so much so quick! I wanted to grow quickly. I came from a corporate background, where there so many restrictions and glass ceilings involved in the entire process! I wanted more control, and opportunity to expand! I was tired of being bossed by someone else who was not as qualified as I was! With New Age I was able to get to a position where I managed my own time, where I oversaw a large amount of people and events, and really had a foundation for me and my future. I learned about HR, PR, Client relations, working with people, manage a large organization of people and companies, and working closely with my administration team to learn recruiting and building of our behind the scenes team! It was everything I expected and more, but now in management, I really enjoy the way I can change peoples lives through the education and growth opportunity we offer. The executive team is so empowering, and always care about our personal and professional lives and always go above and beyond to be there for us when we need it. I hope more people come on board and learn what New Age has to teach us, because it is definately worth all the work it took to get here!

Cons

A huge commitment of time and effort, however, anything worth it is going to be hard. It takes a huge understanding of goal setting to understand the step by step process of how to get to the next level!

Pros

Energetic morning meetings, if you are good at sales and LOVE forcing people to buy things you might like it. (Nothing else I just need to get to the word minimum)

Cons

The pay is bad. Management doesn't know what they are doing. You get your schedule 3 days in advance. Says it's a marketing job and the numbers don't matter but it's sales and they do. The pay is horrible. The hours are exhausting you work 7 days a week. They say you'll be promoted and not be doing this after the first 2 months but that's not the case everyone does the same job. They focus a lot on working your way up to owner and opening your own company, it's a little shady and seems like a pyramid scheme. Also every meeting is mandatory I told them in all 3 interviews that I had school and was not able to make meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays they informed me that it was okay and hired me but then punished me for not being at meetings those 2 days. Overall just a bad company
