      Pros

      Can mostly get a shift when needed. Pay is getting better. Flex schedule more often than not

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. Management is unavailable and does the bare minimum in many cases. Company financially cuts corners so much they barely meet the minimum state requirements to stay open.
