Fantastic Energy - Designer New Deal Design Employee Review

The current team of designers and engineers are something I haven't seen in my decade of working in design. It's something special that I appreciate so much that I had to write a review. Magic has happened over the last year to bring this team together, and I am so happy to get to be a part of it.

The agency design world is fast and tough, and as hard as we all work to not get crushed at the end of every project we still end up putting in the long grueling hours.

Located in SF, talented young designers

Agency founder is an autocrat, micromanager. Great place for someone who likes to work in an authoritarian regime and wants to be belittled. Definitely one of the worst managers. Team is extremely male focused.
