Pros
The office is small so you get a chance to know coworkers from every department, but there is a lot of drama and typical gossip. Most people are responsible and do their jobs, others like to complain but it's a good place to be overall.
The environment is casual - very easy going in that sense and as long as you're being productive people will leave you alone.
Cons
it can get a little dull at times and there isn't much exciting social activity - everybody goes for lunch on their own and the break room has barely enough room for more than two people to sit and eat.
