Pros
Most people are genuinely willing to help and get things done. The atmosphere is open so people are for the most part, vibrant and welcoming. The company continues to improve its protocols and standards which will hopefully optimize their processes and produce more clientele.
Cons
Poor management. Departments can get flooded with others work. As a result, project managers often have unrealistic expectations and deadlines while not wanting to chip in on any of the work themselves. Benefits and pay is poor. It is also very hard to be promoted internally. This company loves to outsource and pay a premium for external candidates versus investing on their current staff.
