      Pros

      Pizza party every month and sometimes bagles. They hire kids right out of college because they know they can take advantage of thier time and not pay them enough. Will build your resume.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, favoritism, not valued as an employee, no room to grow, not willing to train you properly, unable to keep staff for long, sometimes work holidays, sometimes work weekends, nobody is happy there, lab manager constantly jokes about suicidal thoughts, and no job security

      You can learn a lot if you are willing to put in the work if not you will be doing the same thing day in and day out.

      Cons

      Deadlines are tough to meet when there are a lot of samples. Can be a bit cliquey within the different departments.
