      Pros

      I have worked with many different agencies, travel and local, and have finally found the best one! This company provides you with much higher pay than at least 5 other agencies (I know from experience!), I'm getting paid 15$/hour more than I was as a staff nurse at a local hospital and 5-15$/hour more than I was at other agencies. The recruiters and HR staff are extremely pleasant to work with and always make sure everything is going well with my assignment. I wish I would have known about this place sooner!

      Cons

      This is a smaller company-which is not a con from my view point but I can see how it could make some skeptical. But it shouldn't-if you get an opportunity to work here take it! You will be so happy you did.

      Pros

      Great staff, flexible work, and a good working environment. It's satisfying to truly help find great nurses and healthcare providers to work on our clients offices! It is a fairly field, so recruiters need to be ready to hit the ground running every day!

      Pros

      I have worked with 5-6 agencies travel and local and this one is by far the best-especially the pay rates! I make 10$ more an hour than I have anywhere else. The company will make less profit to ensure their clients are making more than the compentition.

      Cons

      If you want benifits hourly pay will lower, but that is a problem with any contract work.
