Pros
Working for NHH org. has been an eye-opening experience, albeit not for the reasons one would hope. The glaring lack of structure and coordination within this organization is alarming, making it nearly impossible to complete tasks efficiently. There’s no clear or proper workflows, and communication often feels like a game of broken telephone. What’s even more baffling is the financial situation. The organization openly struggles with a lack of funds, yet they continue to onboard new hires without a clear plan for how they will support them. Resources are stretched thin, leaving employees to fend for themselves with inadequate tools and little to no guidance. Promises of development, growth, and opportunities are thrown around during onboarding, but the reality quickly sets in—this is an organization trying to do too much with too little, and the results are predictably chaotic. If they spent as much effort addressing internal disorganization as they do on hiring new people, this might be a completely different review. Unfortunately, until these systemic issues are resolved, this organization is set up to fail its employees and its mission. Verdict: Proceed with caution. This is not a place for anyone who values stability, structure, or career growth. Unless you state it very clearly in your contract that you will work as a case manager ONLY, after a month or so you will be asked to do more tasks with the same salary! Then, forget about case management because this is not their priority, sadly!
Cons
After you reject other orgs. offers and accepted NHH offer thinking this is your dream job, you will be asked to do so many jobs with the same salary, which is nothing compared to other orgs., at this point you will feel you are being fooled and trapped because it’s too late to quit!
