Pros

The best reasons to work here, obviously, is to play a vital part in someone’s recovery. Watching them transform during the time that they are there is what it’s all about.

Cons

High turnover rate. Low pay for the mental health industry. The culture is cutthroat and dishonest. Lots of favoritism. Limited training. Unabated employee bashing. The place will eat you up and spit you out if you have a strong personality and speak up when there is wrongdoing. There is no “culture” or “values.” I initially gave this place just 1 star but then I remembered that there are some truly GOOD people there who try really hard to do the right thing.

- New leadership allows for roles to act independently - Compensation is above expectations - Camaraderie/morale is better than anywhere I've ever worked - Milieu size is growing and very manageable - Opportunities for promotion

Cons

- Commute to location could use some improvement to the roads
