The kids are great, funny, and will work hard if they know you believe in them Some coworkers are great to get along with. They provide curriculum.

There are multiple contents/periods (about 5-7) that you will have to teach with only 1 to 2 prep periods. The school provides very little support to new teachers and essentially wishes them the best. The curriculum is ineffective in actually meeting the needs of the student population Not many resources provided for addressing the ELL population The school does a poor job at meeting the accommodations of students with IEPs. Essentially leaves the kids to struggle which is a sad sight to see. The administrative staff does not actually equip themselves with the knowledge of what the different special educational needs are.
