Pros

The people were nice I guess.

Cons

They will lie to you during interviews and when you're on the job. They will tell you it's an exciting opportunity for growth and how they are very selective. They will gloat about how they have major clients in Nestle and ISPs. Not only in doing research after the whole experience they tell everyone this, they also lie about the hours. They will say you only have the 10-8 schedule for 6 months, yeah whatever. But I came to find out that not only do most people show up early at 8am, staying for 12 hours, and coming in on weekends, most people who stick with it do it longer for 6 months, at a lower level. suggesting lack of growth that they promise you. Also seeing as to how they won't promote you unless you have achieved a certain amount of sales, and if you don't keep it up, they'll demote you! They will work you to death, and for little gain. If you choose the base salary option over the commission option, you WILL be making less than minimum wage, if you work the amount of hours they want you to work. Oh and that whole working with Nestle thing? You'll be scamming people door to door trying to convince them to sign up for a subscription service for water coolers! Please listen to the other one star reviews on here and not to the bots or employees they convinced to write them great reviews.

We are sad you don't realize people come to work at 8AM because they appreciate the environment although nobody is held accountable to come to work until 10:30AM, not 10AM. We consider that a positive. We are sorry we didn't explain this properly. Minimum wage in the state of Texas is $7.25/hour and our salary is above $15/hour. Please connect with HR for this manner as we'd like to adjust this in your pay if necessary. We also don't work with Nestle, there might be a confusion here? We don't believe in "Demotions" as you said. If so, we'd like to highlight the last 46 promotions to leadership roles in the past 180 days. Pros

Great culture, fast paced and lots to learn. Great if you are looking to challenge yourself and prove what you can do. They give you what you need to succeed.

Cons

If you have a lot of things going on with family, especially kids, the hours can be a challenge. While not all hours are mandatory, you can certainly feel the pressure of not being able to do more. Be ready to dedicate your time.

Pros

Loved the Culture, and the training was super hands on. I actually had a trainer to work with daily, and when I moved into a lead role I had a manager to connect with and coach on personal and professional advise. Not only do I feel more equiped to lead in the future, but I feel like a better person to my family.

Cons

It is hands on, so due to some health issues I did have to leave the team. Looking forward to possibly rejoining the team once I have a chance to recover.
