Chaotic stressfull company - Anyonymous Employee Newrest Employee Review

The company is a catering company, but can't manage to deliver proper catering for the employees cantine. The cost cutting is in such a high focus from HQ that training staff in quality is being left behind. The work environment is hard and bad, management in general is lacking skills, and if you are French you will probably be a manager no matter if you have any skills. Food handling and safety is a hot topic, but the investments needed are ignored by management.
