Very popular place and always busy, which is good for waiters. More volume more money. Steady income through the year. Great way to pay bills while in school (opened 24 hours a day , so you can adjust school to the work). Management is good - no one bothers you if you do job well. Very flexible place.

Health insurance plans not as good as before. No re-hire policy. Preferences for managment favorites (buddies). Parking can be the issue. Some rules and requarements do not make a sence.

Pretty much no benefits, the crowd sometimes gets a little difficult, can get multiple tables at the same time so you need to almost run.
