      Pros

      The people: They're bright, sincere and care about getting the job done. The work: there's no shortage of good challenges to sink your teeth into. The technology: it's unique and strong in the market.

      Cons

      I haven't had many downsides to working here. I think what some could mention as a downside would be standard in any startup: funding cycle, any gap in benefits vs. larger company, etc. Your mileage may vary, depending on how risk averse you are.

      Pros

      * Great Leadership at all levels of the company from CEO, CFO, VP and down * A culture of openness and truthfulness that is hard to find ( Not many places that when you have a bad day you can just walk into the CEOs office and chat openly without being judged ) * Top talent in the Denver Area * Lots of technical knowledge and opportunity to learn lead * Attitude of letting folks take on new task and rolls at their own pace * Went from 0 code to a fully featured Enterprise Product in just 4 years. * Firm belief by everyone in the company from management to engineering to support of standing by the product and the customers to the end * If you ever get the opportunity to work with or under anyone from NexGen in the future... TAKE IT!

      Cons

      * All good things must come to an end eventually, Since the acquisition and management take over it's been down hill.
