Thank you for your comment, always 2 sides of a coin. First of all, we don't have any Former IT people with us as all IT staffs still with us. The Technical Lead is Mr. Hamza and the Head of Machine Learning is Mr. Jafaar. Both of them managing the whole engineering and IT team. They have a team of engineering staff, machine learning staff, and all of them are still with the company until now. We do have 1 intern for SEO, 1 intern for web development, 1 intern for Graphic Design, and 1 intern for Machine Learning. The company never hire any intern to cut costs as the company is funded by Cradle to scale up with MYR2 million Grants and salary is part of the MYR2 million Grants. The CEO of the company is only dealing with the respective leaders of Finance, Technical, ML Engineering, Sales, and SEO. The CEO doesn't deal with anyone else in NexMind AI. We have 2 staffs being let go during the recent day, due to their performance issue. Head of Sales being terminated due to performance mismatch. We terminated the person during the first month of the Trial Period and we find the person wasn't the right fit for the company. Another candidate Junior SEO staff tendered her resignation, she wasn't under the supervision of the CEO.
