Pros
The team I worked with was the best I ever had. Amazing Manager, amazing colleagues and great team spirirt/culture. It was a pleasure to start work every day and to know you are contributing to such an amazing team. I was also very inspired by the company products as they are unique and customers were very interested to hear more.

A lot of change which is normal in a start-up. Unfortunately not much security
