What stands out most is the supportive and collaborative culture, with a leadership team that’s approachable and always open to ideas. The agency also has strong systems and SOPs in place, which help keep workflows organised and efficient. There’s also a natural culture of continuous learning that comes through collaboration and hands-on experience. Another key strength is Nexa’s fully in-house service model, which allows teams to work closely together and maintain high standards across client projects. Lastly, and my personal favourite, is the office location by the lake, absolute views
